Associate Consultant/Consultant
(Please note that this role will be home/remote based until at least after the current restrictions are lifted) £35-55K plus very impressive bonus.

This consultancy works with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the full product lifecycle, to help them unlock the full potential of their brands. Specialists in: Brand Strategy Planning; Brand Positioning, Value Proposition and Brand Story Development; Disease Area/LCM Planning; Competitor Strategy; Workshop Facilitation and Strategic Market Research.
As an Associate Consultant or new Consultant, you will be given exposure to a broad mix of projects– research vs strategy, larger vs smaller, global vs UK – to enable you to get the experience to decide if they want to take a more specialised route as their career develops. You will usually be involved in all stages of a project working closely as the key support to more senior project leads. However, wherever possible the company look to provide their consultants with project leadership opportunities.
There will be lots of variety in the projects you work on and wherever possible consultants are involved in all elements. Depending on the type of project, this could be designing, conducting, analysing and presenting primary research (mostly qual but some quant); analysis of secondary research and internal client documents and development of workshop pre-reads and/or design and facilitation of client workshops.
The successful applicant will have a passion for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and will already have 2+ years working in either strategy, research/insight or another healthcare consulting practice such as market access or HEOR. You must enjoy working as part of a team and achieving as one. Great interpersonal skills, a strong focus for quality work, and a commitment in delivering to a deadline are also essential.
