This is a brand new position, created due to consistent growth of a small (25 people), well-established HEOR and Market Access Consultancy business. The new Head of Evidence Synthesis will be given the opportunity to build a team responsible for the delivery of world-class evidence synthesis projects such as systematic reviews (including development of research protocols, scoping, searching, screening, and quality appraisal of evidence), managing client relationships, mentoring / developing junior staff and contributing to the development of new methodologies.

The successful candidate will have strong experience of evidence synthesis methodologies and relevant statistical methods (meta-analyses, network meta-analyses), as well as proven project leadership skills, and, ideally, some people leadership experience. A background in a consulting environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
