This is a new, senior position, created due to consistent growth in the company, for an experienced HTA / Market Access consulting professional to develop their career in a leadership role. With support from the Head of Market Access, the Director of Market Access will focus on leading the company’s activities in France and building a business unit and team to deliver HTA and Market Access projects.

- Responsibilities:
The Director will focus on leading the development of high quality HTA submissions for a broad client base of pharma and biotech companies. The role will include managing client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and providing strategic guidance to clients about optimising HTA strategy, pricing / reimbursement, and market access activities.
Project management and quality checking of deliverables will also be a key priority for this position and the incoming Director will be responsible for overseeing project budgets and timelines.
Contributing to business development activities such as attending conferences and building strong client relationships with pharma, biotech and medtech companies will be another part of the position and the Director should be comfortable in a client-facing position.

- Experience required:
The successful candidate will have substantial HTA submission leadership experience and a detailed understanding of the French healthcare market. Previous Consultancy company experience is also preferred but applications from candidates working within pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies are also welcomed. Proven project management and client/customer facing skills are also vital.
