Associate Consultant, Strategic and Scientific
(Please note this role will be home/remote based until at least until the current restrictions are lifted) Package also includes £4k car allowance.

As an Associate Consultant (AC) you will play an integral role in delivering against client and business accountabilities, being relied upon to deliver consistently high quality work. In many cases, the AC will be expected to support the team to develop and deliver bespoke consulting solutions across a spectrum of therapeutic and client challenges. The majority of an AC’s time will be spent billing alongside ‘special projects’ working with colleagues with the support and supervision of the senior team. Associate Consultants are relied on to provide well-constructed desk research, analysis and report writing that helps inform and support strategic and portfolio brand planning work as well as other internal and external projects. You will support more experienced members of the consulting team contributing to client management, process and critical thinking.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working within a similar or related healthcare consulting or insights focused environment. Must have a 2:1 degree or above in a life science or business related subject and preferably a MSc. A PhD or MBA would be highly desirable but not essential. Strong analytical skills, a problem solving mind-set and the ability to think critically and creatively are essential, as are excellent communication skills, good organisational or demonstrable project management skills, and a familiarity with the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
