Due to continued growth of this well-established HEOR Consultancy business, a new, senior position has been created within their Health Economics team which focuses on the development of high-quality models and analyses, usually to support HTA submission projects.

The Consultant Health Economist role is a senior position within the 20 person team and the successful applicant will be responsible for managing projects, leading client relationships, supervising the development of models and economic analysis including quality checking the deliverables.

Formal training in Health Economics or a similar quantitative subject to MSc or PhD level is important, a strong track record in modelling and proven Project Management skills are essential and previous HTA submission experience would be advantageous. Some experience of people management would be preferable but is not essential and this position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced health economist to develop their career in a leadership role. The company is willing to offer a high level of flexibility with this role and the position can be home based anywhere in the UK or hybrid / office based. However, the company is not able to offer visa sponsorship so applicants must be able to work unrestricted in the UK.
