Thames Health Economics Ltd is a consultancy that provides health economics and market access services to the pharmaceutical industry.

Our director and principal health economist, Tunji Sita, has extensive experience across multiple tiers of the pharmaceutical business - from affiliate, regional and global levels, with a track record of successfully delivering health economic research and market access strategies for pharmaceutical therapies across Oncology, Cardiovascular, Anti-infectives amongst others. He has led project teams teams in the development of systematic literature reviews; core economic models; budget impact models; core value dossiers and HTA dossiers to national reimbursement authorities such as NICE, SMC and AWMSG.

Our core expertise is the provision of senior level HEOR support and strategic advise to in-house teams. Selected activities we have been involved with:

- Development of a SMC submission dossier for a medicine in prostrate cancer
- Development of a NICE submission dossier for a medicine in lung cancer
- Adaptation of the core economic model for use by the affiliate of a large pharmaceutical company
- Represented client company at 'in-person' engagements with NICE such as technical engagement and appraisal committee meetings
- Targeted literature review for a gastro-intestinal infection
